Real Estate Sales

Real Estate Sales are held for properties involved in mortgage foreclosure and presented for a Sheriff's Sale. Once all legal resources have been exhausted, property is auctioned (typically monthly) at the Sheriff's Real Estate Sale. Real estate sales are held online via Bid4Assets.com beginning at 10:00 AM.

Terms of ten (10%) percent of the bid price or Sheriff's costs, whichever is higher at the time of the sale. Notice is hereby given that the Sheriff will file a schedule of distribution, no later than thirty days (30) days after the day of the sale, and that distribution will be made in accordance with the schedule unless exceptions are filed thereto within then (10) days thereafter.

Bid4Assets Auction Information

Monroe County Sheriff's Office is using the online auction platform Bid4Assets beginning January 28, 2021 for the Real Estate Sheriff Sales.

To participate in the auction you must register with Bid4assets and provide the required bid deposit no later than one week prior to the auction.

Only one deposit is required per auction date. This single deposit allows you to bid on all of the auctions closing on that particular date.
