Complaints & Summons
A complaint details the cause or causes for someone to take legal action against another party (Credit Card or Mortgage debt, Accidents, Malpractice, etc.) A summons is served as an official notification to the defendant that there is a legal action or lawsuit being filed against them
Hearing Dates & Subpoenas
Documents with Hearing Dates typically have time sensitive information and may need to be served on short notice. Subpoenas are a document which summons an individual to appear in person at a specified Court.
Real Estate Sales
This division is responsible for preparing all paperwork to list a property for sale, distributing proceeds, and generating a deed if sold.
Writs of Execution/Personal Property Sales
Personal Property Sales are held in cases involving money judgments, either from the Court of Common Pleas or a District Court.
Writs of Possession/Orders of Possession
A writ of possession is a court ordered termination of a tenant's possession of a property who will not vacate the premises voluntarily.
Precious Metal Licenses
License is required for engaging in the business of purchasing, selling, or trading articles made of or containing gold, silver, platinum , or other precious metal or jewels.
Firearm Dealer Permits
