Retired Law Enforcement (HR 218)
The Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA) often referred to as HR-218, allows qualified Law Enforcement officers and qualified retired Law Enforcement Officers to concealed carry in any jurisdiction in the United States.
When submitting your HR-218 Qualification Card, please include the following…
▪ HR-218 Card – Make sure it is completed and signed by you and your instructor.
▪ $5.00 Money order made out to the Commonwealth of PA.
▪ Copy of current driver’s license and retired Law Enforcement Officer ID.
▪ Please include your phone number and the state in which you were born in on the photocopy of your IDs.
You can submit everything through mail or personally dropping it off at the drop-box located at the main entrance of the Monroe County Courthouse.
