Virtual/In-Person Probate Proceedings
For the safety of all stakeholders our virtual services require individuals to have video conferencing capabilities by smart phone or computer.
At this time, Attorney representation is required for virtual probate. Pro Se estates are not eligible for this service.
All virtual probate proceeding requires 3 steps to be completed. Please reference the PROBATE INSTRUCTIONS document on this page for detailed instructions.
- Step 1 - Submit request for approval of a virtual/in-person probate proceeding
- Step 2 - E-mail required documentation
After acceptance and review of the documents requested, a clerk will set an appointment for in person or video conferencing via www.zoom.us, with the personal representative and the attorney of record to administer the oath.
