Virtual/In-Person Probate Proceedings
For the safety of all stakeholders our virtual services require individuals to have video conferencing capabilities by smart phone or computer.
At this time , Attorney representation is required for virtual probate. Pro Se estates are not eligible for this service.
All virtual probate proceeding requires 3 steps to be completed. Please reference the PROBATE INSTRUCTIONS document on this page for detailed instructions.
- Step 1 - Submit request for approval of a virtual/in-person probate proceeding
- Step 2 - E-mail required documentation
After acceptance and review of the documents requested, a clerk will set an appointment for in person or video conferencing via www.zoom.us , with the personal representative and the attorney of record to administer the oath.
