Monroe County Sheriff's Office is using the online auction platform Bid4Assets for the Real Estate Sheriff Sales.

To participate in the auction you must register with Bid4assets and provide the required bid deposit no later than one week prior to the auction.
Only one deposit is required per auction date. This single deposit allows you to bid on all of the auctions closing on that particular date.
