Inmates may make phone calls but must have money on their books or must make billing arrangements with Securus. To make billing arrangements call (800) 844-6591.
A 20 minute time limit per phone call.
A 20 minute collect call places within the Stroudsburg area cost approximately $3.55. Cost will be higher the further from the facility. Also, cost will be higher for calls placed outside of the 570 area code.
All inmates have been urged to advise their relatives and friends of the cost.
