Inmate Mail
Effective July 15, 2020
All Personal Mail must be address as the following:
Inmate name and Inmate ID#
C/O Securus Digital Mail Center-Monroe County Correctional
P. O. Box 9
Lebanon, MO 65536
A return name and return address must also be placed on the envelope.
Legal Mail
Money orders-no letters enclosed with the money order and inmate’s name clearly on the money order.
Publications directly sent from the publisher, distributor, etc.
Must be addressed as follows:
