Welcome to the Treasurer's Office

The County Treasurer is responsible for processing all taxes and other monies due to the county. Additional duties include custody, disbursement, and maintaining all records of financial transactions. 

The Treasurer's office is also an agent for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the issuing of various licenses. These licenses include fishing, antlerless deer, dog, hunting, furtaker, bingo, small games of chance, and sportsman firearm permits.

Our Services

Dog Licenses

Pennsylvania state law mandates that all dogs 8 weeks or older must be licensed. Dog license can be purchased starting Jaunary 1st.

Fishing Licenses

Getting a license is simple and convenient as going to the County Treasurer or a licensing agent near you. 

Hunting Licenses

Licenses are available from issuing agents, County Treasurer, Pennsyvania Game Commission regional offices.

Sportman's Firearm Pistol Permit

Sportman's Firearm Pistol permits must be carried in conjunction with a valid hunting, fishing, furtaking license or a permit to train hunting dogs.

Small Games of Chance

Any "eligible organization" can conduct small games of chance for the purpose of raising funds for the promotion or "public interest purposes".

Bingo Licenses

Any "eligible organization" can conduct bingo games for the purpose of raising funds for the promotion or "public interest purposes". 

Short Term Rentals

A short-term rental in Pennsylvania is a dwelling unit rented out for less than 30 consecutive days for transient lodging.
