According to the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission website this year’s “fish-for-free” days are Sunday, May 28 and Tuesday, July 4. According to the site, anyone — resident or non-resident — can fish on those days without a license. All of the other fishing regulations on those days still apply.
