NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received by the Monroe County Controller’s Office at the Monroe County Administrative Center, One Quaker Plaza, Room 206, Stroudsburg, PA 18360, until 1:30 p.m. on October 20, 2020, for the following project:
INFRASTRUCTURE UPGRADE WIRING PROJECT
FOR COUNTY BUILDINGS
The bids will be opened publicly in Room 203 of the Monroe County Commissioners’ Office at Monroe County Administration Center, One Quaker Plaza, Stroudsburg, PA 18360 on October 20, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. Announcement of the bid award date will be made at that time.

A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough will be held on October 6, 2020 at 8:30 a.m.
All bids must be irrevocable for 30 days after the bid opening date.
The Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject and bids, or parts thereof, or to waive any formalities or technicalities in the bids and to award the contract in such a manner as may appear to be in the best interest of the County of Monroe.
