Lifetime Licenses

Pennsylvania state law mandates that all dogs 3 months or older must be licensed. Dog Licenses must be purchased by January 1st of each year regardless of when the license was purchased the previous year.

For Lifetime licenses, the State requires all dogs to be microchipped or tattooed.

​Regular Lifetime License Fees
$ 51.50 for a non-neutered male or non-spayed female
$ 31.50 for a neutered male or spayed female

Senior Citizens Lifetime Dog License Fees
$ 31.50 for a non-neutered male or non-spayed female
$ 21.50 for a neutered male or spayed female

Disabled Person Lifetime License Fees
$ 31.50 for a male or female dog
$ 21.50 for a neutered male or spayed female dog
